Refund policy

How it works

7 or more days before the event starts: full refund

Email hello@aiweekendworkshop.com with your name and the event you registered for. We refund the full amount you paid to your original payment method. How long the money takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

Less than 7 days before the event starts: free transfer

Inside the final 7 days we do not give refunds, but you can move your registration to a future cohort at no charge. Email us before the event starts and we will move your registration. When the future dates are published, you choose the one that suits you.

No-shows

If you do not attend and have not asked for a refund or transfer, we cannot give a refund.

Replays

Replay access is included either way for paid registrants.

When the 7 days are counted from

The event start is the start time of the first session, in the event's time zone, as shown on the event page.
